Recently when driving through Conway, Arkansas, the water in fuel light came on the dash of my 2026 Dodge ram. I had one day to kill so I decided to make an appointment at this dealership. Everything that I had read in the meantime, referred to a simple task. That task was to drain the fuel filters. When I got to the dealership I was quoted $1600 for the job. Went vehicle shopping for my wife and found a car we liked. Once we sat down to talk numbers, the salesperson brought us their offer, and we started negotiating. We told them the number we wanted to stay around, but they wouldn't budge. Then a manager named Pablo walked in.
