Awful customer service. My husband and I had awful customer service during our truck buying experience. Then a friend of mine went to look at a new vehicle and was pushed to the waist-side and told to come back another time because they were "about to close". During both experiences I felt they acted like they were better than me and thats definitely NOT good customer service. They're over priced and don't care about their customers!

I called to get appointment for oil change (was not asked my name) and told yes, that's fine and to bring it by. Was there on time (nice man detailing cars told me where to go). I pulled up to service and after no one acknowledged me, I woke up my daughter and went inside. Oil change took an hour and a half (not terrible but a little longer than I thought). Waiting area was nice. People were not rude, but not exactly friendly either. Ok experience

Can't believe everything you hear on the internet. Negative comments about this place are a joke. Both of my recent vehicle transactions have been done here. But...everything was taken care of, before I ever came in. The numbers that I wanted were met and everyone (Cade Sawyer and Tyler Gray) were incredible. BUY FROM THEM.
Fatastic service and great people. These folks diagnosed my Dodge truck, derermined it was a minor problem and had us back on our vacation in less than an hour. Highly highly recommended.
Great experience when buying my Jeep here. Complete opposite when dealing with service center. Over last 9 weeks my Jeep has been with them for 7 due to incomplete or wrong diagnosis of the issues. Nice people but no where would this be acceptable. I would recommend @superior dodge chrysler jeep ram of conway to purchase a vehicle only if you do not need them to service it.
