Overall, our experience was positive!! No complaints. Nothing goes perfect but they were great to work with and really cared about our needs and concerns. They listened and I felt they didn't focus on their bottom line only. The other contractors gave us competitive bids but they didn't give us the same comfort level. You have to be able to trust whoever you hire and know that they really will be on your side when problems do arise. We got several bids and Superior offered the best value hands down.
