They suck !!! They were going to charge me $860 for breaks and roters!! That is without lube! So I am takeing it to Paul's garage in south point who dose for $260 !! Common sense people! Oh they once tried to charge me $200 dollars for a battery that cost $97 ,So I had them push it out and I put it in myself in there parking lot!!
They did good by me I bought a Crysler 200. Charlie munn was a great salesman!!!!
I bought my dodge journey off of them I love it. Have had it serviced there for the oil changes and they've done great. They let me borrow a vehicle for my daughters homecoming free of charge. They've always treated us good.
This place SUCKS! I have a Chrysler 300 the cruise control will stop working from time to time and the stereo will change channels by itself. I have taken it over there 4 times nothing done! I was told bring it over when it's actually acting up so I did about a month ago John came out looked at it and said " I'll get with my tech Mitchell and see what we can do and I'll give you a call" I'm still waiting for the call! Wouldn't buy a bubblegum from these people. Extremely unethical.
I take my Jeep to Gallipolis now for service and will never buy another Chrysler product because of my experiences with the "superior" service department.
Al in service and Allan Thacker did an outstanding job on my brakes. Excellent customer service!
