Officially fed up with this dealership. I do love the guy that sold me my vehicle but the service department and Thacker himself is horrible. He told me he would replace and safety concern on my jeep but apparently my seat that is loose and doesn't lock into place isn't a safety concern. Told me it was going to be $569. Haha please. You're in the wrong sir.
Had a very good experience with Superior. Talked with Greg S. discussed what we were looking for, it's like he gave us a key to the city," drive it see if you like it, come back then we will talk money". Turned out we bought a totally different vehicle. Greg was super patient with our decisions and questions with absolutely no pressure. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and good conversation. Thank you Greg, TJ and Angie McCoy. Ps call your daughter back lol.
The sales guys are nice enough but they are not competitive with wholesale trade-in and sticker pricing. The internet makes it easy to go somewhere besides here to try to get a decent price.
Great staff, I purchased a 2015 dodge durango r/t thanks to my sales consultant Eric Stevens. He worked hard to get me the right deal made me fill right at home no pressure like most dealerships. Very knowledgeable of all the features of the car I was impressed, he actually knowed what he was selling he didn't have to go ask somebody. Tony Bramble who wrote my loan up made me fill like one of the family very fast and efficient I will be a return customer.
