BEST Customer Service in the Business!!! I am leaving out of town first thing in the morning to see my brother who had a brain stem stroke. This morning, I had a safety issue with driver's side seatbelt - it's stuck in the "release" mode. The folks in Glockner's Service Department are fixing this safety issue for me today... and having to go well out of their way to get a part needed by this afternoon. When they called me and said my extensive engine work was totally covered under the Powertrain Warranty...I’m thinking about ordering them all pizza for real.
Staff was quick and friendly about getting me a great trade in value as well as a new Jeep Wrangler purchase. Had zero problems or complaints. Follow up service has been great as well. They were not overbearing and were very happy to assist in our decision. Thanks to Kenny Mooreland for the great deal.

Service dept. scheduling is awful. You can’t get anyone on the phone and when you make an appt online they call and tell you that they don’t have any appts. Until 2 weeks out. Why even have an online appt. scheduler if it doesn’t work. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
