Took my truck in for recall at 10 am, said it’d only take an hour. I called several times and nobody would answer. I finally went and picked it up after 3, the windows were down. I told them I had called several times and he said I talked to a gentleman and told him it was ready! Really?? Try calling the number on the paper, that would be my number! Since they changed hands from Superior to Glockner, service is bad and employees are rude!
RecommendedCouldn't ask for a better sales person to represent Glockner. Brent was very patient with us as we made several trips to view Jeeps. He was always pleasant and friendly. Once purchase was made he showed me how everything worked in my jeep. Process was quick and easy. Loving my jeep!!!!
Took my truck in to get the transmission fixed. They used silicone on the transmission pan instead of the gasket. Trans fluid and silicone do not go together. This was also warranty work. The service department at Glockner of Ashland is the absolute worst. Nothing but problems with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! This work had to be done by a level 3 mechanic. I don’t know how your levels work there but my guess is that same guy is your oil changer on Saturdays
am a young adult and was completely taken advantage of. I bought a used Jeep from Glockner less than a year ago and should have never gone there. I had to take it 3 times to the service department and my car was at the service department for a total of two months. For the same issue to be worked on. A forth time my car stopped on the highway and I took it to a different garage to find out the transmission has been the issue and they found out as soon as the checked the fluid.
