Focused on the trade, plain spoken and clear, the business is about masonry chimney work and restoration. Excellent documentation, two houses a month apart, both times worked hard to insure understanding.
Called for an estimate on a leak problem. They did a very extensive inspection for the estimate with the conclusion that it was actually a siding repair that was needed and not a chimney repair. Their honesty in the appraisal and explanation was exceptional as the recommendation did not even lead to them providing any service for us.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a thorough inspection and were clean. Not the cheapest, but certified and know their business so definitely worth it.
They went above and beyond.
