Technicians were timely, organized, and clean. They left my home as clean as they found it. Most importantly, they communicated very well and kept me informed about every step of the process explaning what was needed and why, how they would address the concern and what should be expected when they where complete. They were true to their word and delivered on time and on budget. No surprises and complete explanation of everyting. I am very happy and will have them back again. Technicians were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

They refurbished two fireplaces, then came back two months later, for no charge, to explain how to avoid back of the smoke. Very pleased!

Great job rebuilding the top of a crumbling chimney! I selected Superior Chimney for their knowledge and professionalism and they delivered. The recommended trip to the brickyard lead me to appreciate the challenge of brick matching. Was glad to find the yard lets you borrow sample boards, an experience much like selecting wallpaper. Read the fine print on the contact, and hold to any commitments. I was grateful they worked with me after an error on my part. We were very pleased with the very professional work that was done to repair the water damage to our chimney. They kept me posted on when they would arrive and we're always early. They had the wrong color bricks (they matched the house, not the chimney) and they stopped work and came on their day off to finish the job. They cleaned up and made sure everything was spotless.
