Very informative about the complete set up for my location. Took time to evaluate my situation and answered all my questions. Never tied to sell me just gave me informed about what i needed
I was especially pleased that the technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, and especially professional in the way they interacted and communicated with me. They immediately went up on my roof to see firsthand the chimney issues I described. The use of technology, taking pictures, was especially helpful and gave me a clearer understanding of what was being explained and how to address the issues related to repairs. While the work has yet to be done, I anticipate the same quality of professionalism and high level of skill.

Hats off to superior chimney. I had an issue with a deteriorating and leaking chimney. Superior chimney inspected my chimney and we agreed on the reccomended repairs. They were able to do the repairs on the day of the inspection. I can't be more pleased.
