Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and fair. I liked being offered a discount for immediate services.
There are a lot of providers in this business that get 'bait and switch' reviews. Superior is not one of them! They did the cleaning they came to do -- wore booties, left things spotless, and made two or three recommendations that made a lot of sense that we may choose to implement some time later. Along the way, I learned a lot about this mysterious part of my house. Highly recommend.
Customer service and crew that did work was awesome. Explain what needed to be done and quickly make needed repairs and cleaned up.

I was especially pleased that the technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, and especially professional in the way they interacted and communicated with me. They immediately went up on my roof to see firsthand the chimney issues I described. The use of technology, taking pictures, was especially helpful and gave me a clearer understanding of what was being explained and how to address the issues related to repairs. While the work has yet to be done, I anticipate the same quality of professionalism and high level of skill.
