They came to provide an estimate on a chimney repair. They arrived on time and completed a thorough inspection. The technicians Brad and Angel were efficient and thorough. Brad observed conditions that other businesses either did not see or did not discuss. Brad patiently explained what they saw and the available alternatives, the pros and cons of the different approaches and the cost benefit of each. The visit went great! They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain their process both during the inspection and reviewed at the end of the visit. They fixed the issue quickly and provided several options to help prevent the issue from reoccurring. Finally they noticed other safety concerns and fixed those as well. Great value and great company! I highly recommend them!
