My wife recently bought a full set of tires and had some other service work done from Superior Chevrolet in Conway. Service advisor, John Bryan, did an excellent job explaining all the services and products for her vehicle. He was very knowledgeable without being pushy. She made a confident choice on tires and also saved $100 on a tire rebate! That made us both happy!
We bought a new Impala last June, and bought extended service and GAP plans with it. After deciding we didn't want the extra coverage, we went back and tried to cancel it only to be told that we were not allowed to because it was required by the bank for them to provide financing and for us to cancel they would have to write up a new deal with a much higher interest rate and a large down payment. Shop somewhere else. Landers Chevy in Benton is night and day better. The people here are rude and do not want to make a deal for you, just themselves. Bought a new 17 Silverado at Landers and it was great!
After purchasing a Certified Preowned Chevy Volt I have had nothing but problems. I took it to the dealership and they wouldn't fix it even though it is under warranty. Instead they told me to leave with it and call them when it happens again! STAY AWAY from this dealership!

After being in a accident I started looking for a new vehicle. I looked at a few other dealerships - and actually found a vehicle I liked but the salesperson was so rude and pushy, I couldn't make myself buy a vehicle there. I found exactly what I was looking for at Superior Chevrolet. The salesman, Greg Bradley, was never pushy and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me. I couldn't be any happier with my new SUV and my experience at Superior Chevrolet!
