Walked out of many places in my life. Due to respect I stayed and it was not for me.
Two and a half hours for an OIL CHANGE. Watched the mechanic take his sweet time. In the middle of it he stops and comes into the waiting room and gets a bottle of water. Then when he finally goes back to work, he stops and goes to work on another vehicle. But hey he seemed to be chilling to some good tunes with those ear buds stuck in his ears. Bought a new Traverse in 2016, just had the pistons and rings replaced 😱Looking into the “LemonLaw” and not a fan of how they treated me after it, I was very concerned. Poor Customer Service in the GM end!
They neglected tighten my oil drain plug 2 out of 3 services on my truck.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone buying a car or needing service done. I wish I could give them a negative 10-star rating but I'm not allowed to. I purchased a vehicle that fell under the lemon law and decided to purchase another after returning the truck. Since then they refuse to work on my current vehicle and claims that the warranty is voided although it's not. They are misleading and scam money out of customers for there own personal gain.
