Made the appointment with Ryan to have 3 rooms of carpeting done and he sent Larry to do the work. Both men proved to be polite and helpful. Larry arrived promptly and started his work quietly and efficiently. My carpets looked super when he was finished! I've been using another company and while there was nothing wrong with them, they are much more expensive and their work is not better. I was very pleased with Superior and will definitely recommend them and call them again and again.

Excellent service! Had the lowest bid by 15% and left the equipment longer than estimated to dry out our basement with no extra charge. Very professional and friendly employees! A+

truly a piece of crap company! do not ever use them! I had an appointment at 10 am Saturday and they where a NO Show! I drove all the way from Michigan to get my rental house carpets cleaned and they never called or anything just never showed up. people like this is what gives American business a bad name. I will be calling the BBB too. once again avoid this company they are a scam. I even tried calling them and they phone service had been disconnected they are such a horrible company they can't even pay their phone bill
