I financed a vehicle through Superior Auto / SAC Finance and had a serious issue with my vehicle title. When the title was sent to the DMV, an additional name was added without proper authorization or signature, which prevented the Florida DMV from processing my registration. When I contacted the company, they could not clearly explain how this happened and only said they would follow up. I am still waiting on a proper resolution.
