Air duct cleaning and sanitization was done. A bit pricey but Robert the technician was wonderful to work with and explained everything that he would be doing and reviewed it with me after it was done. I would use them again.
Their quote for services was well below what I actually paid. They did not accept my coupon stating that they already took the price off the top?! When my husband called to double check their quote they repeated "your wife agreed to it". Very unprofessional.
the tech rich, was very courteous, did a good job. what I did not like was I had to run the sweeper, when he left! I fee lhe should have done this? also, I had my ducts cleaned because I have a dust problem. so, almost a week later, I still have dust! makes me wonder I spent the $$$ ??

Courteous and professional
Technician Robert was a true professional, completed work in minimum time considering the overall complexity of the project which included running about 175" of 10" diameter vacuum hose which is considerably more than is required in most projects. This is a time consuming endeavor and also physically demanding because of the length and weight of the vacuum hoses. Work was done in a timely manner and 100% satisfied with outcome. Would recommend service to other home owners.
