Awesome company. They showed up on time and did a great job. They sucked out 8 pounds of dust from my vents. WOW! The tech was nice and personable and taught me a few things about my HVAC unit. I would totally use them again.
For what they were able to do, they did a good job. The technician was conscientious, thorough, and the work was done neatly. However, they do not clean A/C coils, which is recommended to be done with duct cleaning. Their advertising was deceptive in that they offer a "free video inspection" which I expected to be a flexible camera that would go through the ducts, but is actually a stationary black and white camera inserted at just the access hole made near the furnace which is no better than looking at the duct in that area... read more
They were very efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Showed me before and after what a huge difference!! Highly recommend Superior.
