My wife and I purchased an older home in the area last fall and we noticed a large amount of dust constantly over the winter running the heating unit. Ever since it was cleaned we have been having black coal dust come through the vents. It appears worse than it was before we had it cleaned. I contacted them about coming back out and was told they would drop by whenever they were in the area. Just felt over call poor customer service. This was for my mother and I feel they took advantage of an 81 year old.
I was very pleased. He showed up on time and was very efficient. I thought it would be a dirty job but quite the opposite. He was very neat and I am glad I had it done.
