Gina is the only reason I go to any supercuts. Case in point I just called three times in row just to be put on hold for ten minutes and then hung up on. Everytime I called back some rude lady said hold please and I could hear everything in the background while on hold while they just talked to eachother and giggled. Again I love Gina she is amazing but as a company terrible service.
Went there first thing in the morning, I was the only customer so I should have received a great haircut. But no, I'm super easy I just wanted it short. That's it. When I finally got home and showered in the later afternoon I could really see how bad the cut is. Uneven sideburns. Very uneven. Over the ear is crazy high and weird in the back on the left and just perfect on the right. How did I not notice right then?
