Disingenuine customer service. I call to ask how long the line is, and they tell "come now I am free" and when I get there 5 minutes later, there are 3-4 people waiting in line ....
Super nice
Making an appointment is pointless. They seem to take walkins irrespective of any appointment schedule. I ended up walk out before getting my haircut. I can’t wait an hour for a mediocre haircut. My very last time at this place.
Worst customer service ever. I booked an appointment by calling them and they confirmed it. Once I reached there (10 mins before schedule) they declined to provide service stating there has been more walk-ins than expected. She was rude and unapologetic.
