I saw pics of how badly Erica scratched up my friends sons neck when giving him his cut a few days ago. He has bloody scratches on his neck, he was in pain, they still charged them for cut and have not taken responsibility for cutting him up all over the back of neck with their dull razor! Beware! This is Franchise so they are not responding to the situation. Go somewhere else where they don't assault your kids and then charge you.
Michelle is the best! Always pays attention to detail. Always leave looking and feeling good.
