Pathetic and so disappointed! At least I could fix it when we got home. Every time we go here it is worse than the time before! When I questioned the stylist about the crooked line she said no it’s straight. This shop needs a quality control wake up call
I would of rated this place 3 stars because the haircut was ok but it took her 3 different attempts to do the cut. The worst part was I brought a photo for reference. On top of that she broke the chain on my necklace and just said sorry I wish I had pliers on me so I could try to put it back together. This was a horrible experience and will be my first and last time going here.
I came in and got my hair trimmed last week, and it is easily the worst haircut I've ever had. As my coworker described it, it looks like there are "steps" cut into my hair. When I wore my hair down at work, every single one of my coworkers commented on how botched the cut was. There are chunks that are longer than the rest of my hair, and others that are embarrassingly short, not to mention the stylist cut out so much for the layers that my hair is noticeably thinner (also something being pointed out to me). So glad you're open again! Service is always excellent & stylists are the best. I had to settle for one place & it was just ok. I tried another place & it was horrible! This has always been my go-to place.
