My wife went to Supercuts on Evergreen way the day before our son went to Disneyland for his first time. We wanted him to look handsome in his vacation pics. We couldn’t be more disappointed in the haircut he received. Unfortunately for us, our son left for his trip before we could truly see how messed up his haircut is. Had we had known I would have taken him somewhere else to get it fixed. I will never go back there. Look at how crooked his haircut is.
The stylists are great. I love the location. However, they will not take my coupon code that was sent to me VIA e-mail- from Supercuts -for this specific location. I was told that I had to print it out. It was not specified on the e-mail, from Supercuts, that I had to print it out. Anyway, I went to another Supercuts location and they honored my e-mail code. Shouldn't all Supercuts follow the same rules, in regards to honoring e-mail codes?
