They absolutely have no clue what they’re doing at all. They messed up my hair twice beyond repair. Seriously, the worst place to get a hair cut. DO NOT GO HERE.
Today was now the second time that I have scheduled and appointment but did not receive a haircut! First time I scheduled online, screen shot my appointment info so I could quickly look at it. I went to check in and my appointment was no where to be found, it was canceled, not by me. Today I call this time was told I had an appointment at 1230. I get there at 1200, check in and wait outside due to COVID and waiting area being closed. They come and call several people. 1230 passes (my appoint time) and they call someone else.... read more
