The service technician arrived on time.
Fair and diligent. Finished a day early
I had Platinum paint the exposed PVC along with cleaning the filters. The guy painted over the existing labels identifying the various valves. He didn't clean off or remove the sand and dirt on the existing PVC, he just painted over it. The labeling that I had ask them to redo is already coming off.
I had them come out and fix my pool light. Corey was awesome he called me and told me what they did and actually told me they didn't have to replace what they originally thought they would so it was cheaper. They did an awesome job! Will work then again in future!
Very pleased with the service we received. They showed up when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, and then quickly corrected the problem. Looking forward their continued weekly service!
Cody came out to provide an estimate on some needed repairs and upgrades, during the process he found several items that needed immediate repair and did so at no charge. He was very knowledgable and professional. Great service and recommendations 😊 A very happy new customer.
Cody is the owner of Platinum Pool Care. He called me back on a Sunday. We set the appointment up for Monday. He was prompt and fixed the problem at a very fair price. He was very Friendly, Professional and Honest. I will be using him again for several pool projects. I would highly recommend him. I would give him 10 Stars if they were available.
They were hired to do weekly maintenance. I requested that they txt or call always before showing up at my house, but they failed both times to do that. They also failed to check the pool water level and pool cleaner function. The automatic cleaner was not moving and they did nothing. Not sure I will keep this company's service.
They got the pool under control, which the last pool company was not able to do.
