Company came out to replace LED lights that were damaged during a lightning storm. There were BURNT wires. Everything worked before the storm. After completing the repair they reported to my insurance that the problem was a warranty issue because the light were defective from the manufacturer. Which totally blew up my claim. If the product was under warranty, why did they Charge me for new lights? Didn't understand the product they installed, I had to read the instruction to them. i could not say enough about Platinum Pool Care to do them justice. I have gone through three other companies before Cody. Everything was fixed correctly and fast. I received a call quickly after going to HomeAdvisor. Cody sent out someone the next day. The problem was bigger than I thought, but the cost to repair still reasonable. I would have given 5 stars for service, but something was not quite tightened and a second trip (at no cost to me, of course) was required.
Cody was very pleasant. Knew what he was doing and did a few extras. Would hire him again.
Our pump wasn't working properly so Doug came out to check it out. I explained the situation and he was very friendly and had it working properly in a short amount of time. I would have him back anytime. Thanks Doug.
