They were courteous and on time. Overall they did a nice job.
When 2 other companies could not figure out what the problem was, Platinum came in, accessed problem and fixed it.
Customer Service started off on the wrong foot for the first cleaning but the second cleaning wiped away any doubt in my mind. Today my pool was cleaned by Eric and he made my pool sparkle. Granted I am a new owner of a pool and wasn't quite sure what to expect but I am very happy with the work that was done today.

This was a very bad experience. We hired Platinum to fix an issue with our autofill for our pool and paint our pool deck. The quality of the workmanship was very poor. The "match" of the pool decking is not even close to being with. They I called an ask for it to be redone, the guy that came out to redo it did not do any better of a job; it looks terrible.
