Talked to someone on the phone to schedule a touch up with Maria aka “Big Momma” for my highlights. My hair had grown out and I needed highlights touched up. Left with darker hair and my highlights not touched up. I tipped her because she was nice but did not do to my hair what I scheduled the appointment for. We're so sorry you're unhappy. From our understanding you booked a root touch up & a Supercut. When asked if you wanted to do highlights it was mentioned that it was too light, so Maria suggested blending the color to down to deepen the lighter areas, and you agreed. The $70 you paid was for $50 root touch up & $20 for the cut. Please pm us so we can get you in at your earliest convenience to get the color to your liking.
Hi, I recommend going to Supercuts on Constitution because they have wonderful customer service, they listened to what I wanted. And they are super friendly!

I have a Supercuts loyalty card that promises the ninth haircut free. Although I completed my eighth cut in 2011, the card has no expiration date. @Supercuts refused to honor it. If the card had fine print with an expiration date, I would accept it. No expiration date and you refuse to honor it. Shame on you!

Awesome location with a very talented staff! Very clean and online checkin which makes it very convenient
Brought my 3 year old grandson in for a haircut. The staff were fantastic and kept him entertained throughout the haircut. First time he got his haircut without fussing and crying. The stylist had him laughing and enjoying himself. Great job on the hair too. We'll definitely be back!!!
