No stars. We walked in to get my mother in law a haircut/style. We were told a COUPLE people were ahead of her and that it's better to make an appointment. So we did for 1:30. We came back, were told there were a FEW people ahead of her now. After waiting another 20 minutes (after already waiting the first hour) we were told she was next. I went to Supercuts to get my hair cut by an experienced professional and what should have been a faux hawk looked like a muffin top, patchy disaster. A woman by the name of Bernadette/Bernie cut my hair that day. She trimmed the sides and didn’t blend enough so my hair looked like a muffin top instead of a triangular shape. I had it fixed by the manager and she could not believe the horrible job she did.
