went to get hair cut. stylist got mad when I asked for more layers and cut my hair from long to no hair. so upset will never go to them and will tell everyone. lady across from me had same problem
I went here a few times usually just for eyebrow trims I came in paid 30 includes a tip even for them to have messed my hair up! I said cut off split ends. She cut most of my hair off ! Turns out it happened to my mom too!! Goingback to jcpenny. This is ridiculous. She didn’t even cut my bangs at an angle and she cut them so short I can’t get them fixed ! This place gaped my two year old grandson’s hair all up.
Heather has always done a great job on my hair. They close at 6 tonight, and I arrived at 4:15, was told at 4:30 they could wash and cut my hair, but no time to blow dry. Hair cut was finished @ 5:30, and no one else there. I have short hair. It has NEVER taken a 1/2 hr to blow my hair. I won’t be back �
The sign is lit up and says open. The hours on the door shows y'all are open. The Facebook page says "open now". But I just spent 15 minutes getting three toddlers in and out of the car for haircuts just for y'all's door to be locked. Y'all lost about five other customers as I type this trying to get their hair cut as well.

Heather always does a great job. I've been going for quite awhile now. But it's the luck of the draw who waits on you. If you want a specific stylist when you go in, you have to pay an extra $2, which I think is outrageous.
I've been coming here for over 20 years and incall at 5:30 pm ask what they closed rold me at 7 so i rush and get here at 6:15 and the lights are out and doors locked...keep it classy Supercuts..I'm at fantastic Sam's now
