I have never used supercuts before but did today. I was ready to have my hair cut the way I used to & even showed a picture from 1 of their books to the hairdresser which was a short, choppy, wind blown type cut. I walked out with a trimmed up version of what I walked in with after an hour wait. She did a good job & it looks great. Just not what I wanted. I'll give 'em another try tho' one of these days.

I showed the girl a picture on how I wanted my hair to look and the hair in the picture did not have layers in it but when the girl cut my hair it has layers and my hair now looks like crap ! I have chunks of my hair missing! NEVER GOING THEIR AGAIN!😤
It was a horrible experience. My sons hair was so uneven and even though I pointed it out she didn't really do much. Paid way too much for the 10 minute hair cut that we will be going to get fixed tomorrow. I usually don't say much but this experience was terrible. First and last visit for me.
Chop shop. When my daughter's hair was wet and i was brushing it i realized that blonde girl can NOT cut crap. Never going back
Only 1 person working, over a hour and a haft wait, and kids running around everywhere. NEVER AGAIN.
