I came here 4 months ago and Mandy colored my hair. She/we selected a good color. I went back to Mandy again the second month since she was very personable and quite experienced at doing hair. We used a lighter color this time (getting to know a new process for my particular hair etc). I also asked her to cut my hair. She did great. Lyndi did my color and highlights and cut. They came out beautiful!! She does awesome color I definitely recommend her to all. She will make you feel comfortable and give you the best service.
I walk in and register. It is ok that I am 9th on the list, but the stylists have long lists of reservations that they don't show on the display until they walk in. So really I am 20th or so on the list. It takes an hour of waiting to figure out that it will take hours to get a brow wax. Why can't you be honest that I am 9th on the walk in list and tell me realistically that I am actually behind a long list of tentative reservations? I won't be angry if I am not led along. 2nd time now I have checked in online only to have to wait. What is the point of having the check in if you have to wait? Some of us only get a half hour for lunch. Last time for me.
I always get mitzi to cut my hair. She can fade a head quick.
Extremely poor experience today. As I waited about 30 minutes to have my hair cut, the two stylist in the salon were talking more than cutting hair. Granted, I understand a Salon is a social environment, but as a customer, when I glance over at the stylist and they are waving scissors and combs around and yacking while I am waiting, this is certainly annoying.
