Had purchased wipers and installation online. I was told it would be a 5-6 minute wait - no problem. After waiting 45 minutes, there was still no one even close to installing my wipers. Whilst waiting, I watched 3 staff members replace 1 light globe in a hatchback and still hadn't completed the job. I asked a staff member if I could install them myself and he said its quite complicated. I asked if just 1 of those 3 staff members could please install my wipers.
