I called to order CPAP supplies several times. They do not have enough customer services associates so you have to stay on hold a very long time. I left a message for a call back and never received a call. They obviously do not need the business so contact another supplier to get your order taken care of.

The worst. I’m not sure what happened this past year but no one is competent here anymore. All their calls seem to be outsourced to somewhere with very heavy accents making it extremely hard for someone with some hearing loss to understand. Deliveries are always late, this month it’s 8 days late and I had to go online and find another medical mom in my area and drive to her to borrow supplies for my daughter until mine arrive, if they ever do! I received a cpap from them and it been working good . But as a Pharmacy this place is the worst . I am a pharmacy technician for a diabetes and blood pressure company . We call our patients back minutes of them leaving a voicemail. It’s been a week and no call so I call again and I’m prompted to leave a voicemail again. I have been attempting to fill ostomy supplies since July 15. Bladders do not grow back. My husband’s doctor has called and sent the “authorization” no less than 8 times. Supercare just called yesterday and said they received a prescription but they have no auth. They send a fax asking the doctor to call not an authorization form. The hold time is ridiculous to then be told they can’t send supplies. THIS IS PERHAPS THE WORST COMPANY IN EXISTENCE. RUN RUN RUN
