Supercare has outstanding customer service! Everyone is always nice and helpful, I especially appreciate the phone call to schedule the next delivery of supplies. Sometimes I’m so busy, I forget a month went by already. The supplies are always top quality and they are delivered straight to my door.
Horrible company! Receptionist can't even connect to another department and has no clue as to what is going on with my hospital bed delivery! It's been almost a month! I'm bed and wheelchair bound and currently sleeping on an airbed waiting for delivery of hospital bed. If this weren't the only company I could deal with through my insurance, I would NEVER USE THEM!
I didn't even go to my scheduled appointment, I canceled before, because everything leading up to it was AWFUL! I called to make an appointment, was bounced around saying no one could help me. Finally made, what I thought was, an appointment. Next day I called back to cancel, bounced around to 4 people saying it was the wrong department.
