Updated 6-19-26. Wellll with the help of google reviews and yelp we were able to get everything taking care of. A HUGE shout out to Kim and crystal for helping me and being the only ones we could understand out of all the phone calls we had. When we got a call from someone Wednesday we could barely understand the person on the phone as it was not crystal or Kim and my husband was praying he was agreeing to something correctly. SuperCare slogan "We're not happy until you're not happy." The absolute worst company I have dealt with in customer service. They put my supplies on auto-shipment and shipped supplies to me without my knowledge. They would not cancel the orders or waive the charges. I spend hours on the phone dealing with their virtual customer service representatives who have no authority. Absolute joke.
Terrible follow through. I don’t understand how a company providing critically necessary medical equipment can be this bad. Every order gets canceled and they don’t tell me, so I need to call daily to hopefully get my son’s oxygen tanks and pulse ox supplies, and half the times I called they don’t even have an order in place for me. I was supposed to have oxygen tanks delivered today and shocker, no one showed up…again…now I don’t have enough to even get to my sons next doctors appointment because they keep dropping the ball... read more
Not entirely sure how this company is even in business? No one knew anything.... hold times were insane... After reading all of these reviews it appears many people agree with me. It took multiple calls and being connected to multiple different people across multiple WEEKS to get my breast pump ordered. I went through Super Care for a pulmonary vest . Due to me having Bronchiatasis . Each time they were consistent on calls and very supportive about my situation . Everyone was super helpiful to see if they could get me approved for ithe vest . The guy who come out to fit me for the vest was super kind, knowledgable , and he explain the device to me .
