One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, and am forced to deal with because of their contract with Scripps. Does not send me supplies when they tell me they will. Hold times on the phone are horrible, and after waiting 30 mins the call hangs up without ever talking to someone. My most recent shipment was wrong, it was not the correct CPAP mask.

Like to be on hold for a long time and deal with incompetence call. Super care specialist. Poor service. Had machine for over a week before it was set at Dr settings. Couldn’t use machine Dr at hospital said he provided the settings machine delivered at home but couldn’t use it till it was set correctly

Truly one of the most frustrating and disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had. It took months to get the prescription processed. Their call center agents are incredibly unhelpful. The only people I’ve come across who were helpful were the ones at the physical pickup location. It’s unfortunate because they provide such an important service to people who are already in a difficult situation for one reason or another.
