Horrendous customer service, unethical billing/business practices, admitted to doing a “drive by” of my house to confirm medical necessity (as though someone who is not a doctor could determine if my medical device is necessary by driving by my house)… absolutely appalled at this company and their practices.

I can’t even believe this company is in business. I was looking to get a wheel chair due to circulation problems and was only discharged from the hospital due to knowing I would reviewed this. It’s been 4 days of my insurance authorizing the wheel chair I need to be able to go to medical appointments and I’m being told it will be 2-3 more days. I requested going to pick up the wheel chair even if it’s out of pocket and still told the same answer that a representative would be calling me in 2-3 days. I asked for a supervisor ... read more

There's a reason why this place has such a low rating. Because nobody there can seem to figure out how to do their jobs. I've been waiting for supplies for 3 years. Whatever they asked me to do I did I even did a three-way call with my doctor so they can get that verbal prescription and still nothing. It is absolutely and utterly astounding there can be that many inept people working Under One Roof for one company.
