I wanted to cancel auto ordering. After being on call for 45 mins, they say "it's canceled" but cannot send me any confirmation email and there is no way for me to confirm its actually canceled. Why wouldn't the company which sends so many emails for everything else send one confirmation email when it comes to canceling ? They have a dedicated app which allows for ordering but doesn't show auto ordering status. Terrible customer experience.
Genuinely baffled that this company is still in business. I have been trying unsuccessfuly get get oxygen for a family member for two weeks. I have called and spoken to multiple people (Javier, Nicole, Antonio, Jessica) and nobody seems to be able to help. At one point they did show up with a delivery but brought the wrong equipment. Expect long wait times on hold, being repeatedly hung up on, and staff who may not be adequately trained to help navigate the complex bureaucracy. I wish I could give this place no stars horrible customer service if somebody calls you back they don’t leave a number and don’t even leave a full message. Wait time is crazy. Can’t get the supplies or questions answered that we need.
I spoke with Xiara C. today to help me with my missing documentation from my primary care doctor needed to process an order for my SuperCare Health equipment. She was absolutely fantastic in determining exactly what I needed to ensure health insurance coverage of my equipment, and she helped expedite my order. Thank you Xiara!
