Like to be on hold for a long time and deal with incompetence call. Super care specialist. Poor service. Had machine for over a week before it was set at Dr settings. Couldn’t use machine Dr at hospital said he provided the settings machine delivered at home but couldn’t use it till it was set correctly
Truly one of the most frustrating and disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had. It took months to get the prescription processed. Their call center agents are incredibly unhelpful. The only people I’ve come across who were helpful were the ones at the physical pickup location. It’s unfortunate because they provide such an important service to people who are already in a difficult situation for one reason or another.
Personally, I’m so sad to see that this company has such bad reviews! I hope I can change that. Currently, I’m pediatric home health RN, and the two times I’ve contacted this company regarding equipment replacement for my patient (specifically, portable suction and a continuous pulse oximeter machine) they have been able to deliver *same day* to my patient’s location. “Super Don’t Care Health”…No call no show in a 4 hour delivery time. Customer Service said they would call back in 15 minutes three days ago….Online “chat” had me on hold for 45 minutes after a brief introduction. Posted a bad review on Yelp and they contacted me in a few hours. Only contact to see if the review could be amended. Pathetic…
