I am very happy with the service and Alex and Eleanor have been very helpful with Questions and get back to me straight away. The shipping is very good as they uses DHL express and they are fast. Also very happy with all the product I get 100% they it should be it's the only place I would get stuff for my bike as you can get everything in one place.

I guess this can go both ways. I have also not had the opportunity to do business with SBU yet, but they are local, many friends have had good results and I'm glad to have the resource when I need it. I also don't put much stock in someone on the internet who's girlfriend knows someone who is thinking about getting a bike, that posted on a forum that he saw some other post about someone else bad mouthing someone else. But that is just me.
