Had gotten a deep clean done and was disappointed with the service. Just some basic areas that were missed, and it being a deep clean felt like those should have been taken care of. Upon mentioning it to the director/admin team they reviewed the pictures I sent and got back to me with a discount on the service, and offered to come back and clean what was missed. Amazing job. Quick, clear communication, super competitive bid, and I was able to customize services to exactly the trouble spots I knew. I couldn’t have asked for better to clean up after I moved but. The kitchen was a highlight— moved the fridge to clean behind, and took such care with the dishwasher, through its multiple filter layers (I didn’t even know existed). And extra points for filming a walk through video to share since I couldn’t be there in person. They really live up to their name!
They were on time, friendly, and did a great job deep cleaning my apartment! Looks and feels like new. Would recommend :)
