Our technician, Earl, was very friendly and made a great first impression. He showed up right on time for our carpet cleaning appointment. I got helpful email and text reminders about the service, plus a message when he was on his way. Earl made sure to ask about my preferences and wore a properly fitting facemask the whole time, which I appreciated.
