The wash is great after I pulled up to get drying done the girl that took care was so slow didn’t do all my windows took forever and I paid for my tires she barely put any dressing on them u need to get better help
I went there on Sunday and spent $45 on the exterior super wash and interior steam cleaning and waited about an hour start to finish. I did a quick inspection of the car when it was done and went on my way. After running a few errands and returning home I realized what a bad job they had done (back row not vacuumed, cup holders still dirty, tire gloss applied on one side but not the other, streaky windows, etc) and I returned to show the manager and he apologized and offered a full refund in which I graciously accepted. You guys are so half assed. Can't be bothered with pre clean sprays and you close whenever you feel like it. Terrible.
Very pleased again ... never had to complain about a WAX job yet .... watched the guy doing the job and he was very thorough... so gave him a $ 10.00 tip ....
I have the unlimited car wash for my cars the machine does an excellent job on cleaning my grand cherokee, only problem I have is when this one particular guy always puts his forearm on my fender to lean down when applying tireshine on my tires that's a no no for my cars
I don't even want to give them 1 star. There gas caused over $400 worth of repairs to our car and mechanic said without a doubt 100% sure it was bad gas that caused our problems, he put that on paperwork, saved the gas so we could file a claim. Delta Sonic says its not their fault! I will NEVER go to Delta Sonic again nor will my family and I will tell everyone I run into not to go to Delta Sonic.
