Cashiers are RUDE! Try to force you into an upgrade if you want a regular wash and are visibly distraught when you opt for a regular wash... need to grow up 😂😂😂
Had my Cruiser KISS washed and exterior/interior. I was told at the outset it was a 30 minute wait, which I appreciated turned out they started on my car immediately As I waited I watched the young man cleaning my car. I must say he did a great job. He worked with a purpose and the end product was very clean. I was very happy. I will definitely go back.

Worst experience ever today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...my kids just came to town so I went to get my car washed. After pulling out I notice a long crack down my front windshield. The manager that came out was very un enthused, un apologetic, just pretty much fill out these papers and wait 6 to 10 business days. Think twice before letting this place wash your car!!! They scratched the hood of my car and the only remedy is to take it back there, to the people who scratched it and have them buff out the scratch!!! Hell noooo!!!
I’ve had an unlimited wash membership for almost 2 1/2 years now and to be honest it’s nice to have a car wash membership where you can wash your car as often as you’d like. However, I will say my least favorite thing about Delta Sonic is it’s hit or miss on the wash. Most times it’s a miss. I say this to be candid but respectful. Very disappointing. Paid $31 for a super kiss and interior cleaning on a pickup truck. Windows and doors are still in the same dirty condition as before they stole my money. The carpet is somewhat vacuumed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
Twice lost rear wiper. Today picked up an industrial wash bucket in the middle of the eash under my car. Had to go to deer for a chk. Not maintained well. Bypass this one
