Car in front of me stopped at the end of the car wash and I was honking and trying to brake. The machine pushed me into his truck hitch, damaging my front bumper. There should be a sensor to shut off when this happens or an employee paying attention. I see a class action law suit because this is so common. Superstar obviously claims its not their fault.

No one answers the phone the cancel membership option online doesn't work either is just reloads the page

I stopped at the ********, ** location on ******************* around 8:55 am on 6/18/232. When I pulled up to kiosk there were two young men there trying to sell wash packages. I told them I was not interested the smaller of the two nodded his head and said nothing the larger of the two kept talking I told him five times I was not interested, he noticed a Superstar air freshener hanging from my mirror and said I see you have been here before and started the speech one again. Superstar car wash scratch the h*** out of my car and my daughter's new car.There was not one scratch on it and she came out of the car wash that I sent her via email. There are so many scratches so many marks. This happened a couple years back and they don't do anything about it. They claim it's not their responsibility.

Bait and switch Verbally was told that I was getting a discounted promotion but not that I was getting into a subscription. They misrepresented verbally that my agreement constituted the start of a subscription. Approx 30 dollars per month and three months later I noticed a charge in my credit card bill every month. They pointed out I should have read the contract carefully not a happy customer. Harbor City **********. Pacific Coast highway and Western.

This place sign me up for a monthly service, without my knowledge. I see from Yelp reviews and BBB reviews from other customers that this has been going on for sometime. So I see that the BBB cant do anything about it, I guess I going to have to report it to the State Attorney, and local News.

I went to the Super Star Car Wash on Northern and 20th avenue. Here in *******. It was a complete mess. Vacuums were broken, physically broken. About 10 were broke. The soap didn't spray out of one sprayer so my car didn't get completely washed. I wanted to say that I did speak with the manager at this location and she did provide me promises of a better car wash in the future and she did refund me. ** figure for a company that offers ************* for detailing they would take more pride in their work . I was watching the workers clean my truck and there body language was like they didnt wanna do the detail ***** it I dont have the nicest truck around but if I paid $27 Id like a better job . They left over spray half a** cleaned my plastic didnt even bother cleaning the front plastics just left it and told me it was clean. Id submit the pictures but it doesnt have that option on here

I had an incident at the ************ and ********. location in ******* where the machine pushed my vehicle into the truck in front of me and damaged my bumper. I filled the report and they assured me that someone from corporate will contact me, this was over a month ago, no one ever contacted me. In the meantime, I called them and emailed them half a dozen times and every time I call them, I'm on hold for 45 minutes, then they tell me the same story making sure they have everything correct and nothing happens after that.
