Poorest service ever. They act like they don’t like their job. I’ve gone to them 3 different to get a pedicure. To give them the benefit of the doubt. But each time I go the service is poor. I now understand why they are NEVER busy!! I could, I would give negative stars but in order for me to put this post I had to put a star. They’re not even worth a star!
Kim's a real artis & can master anything I ask her to create on my nails. I've been to other salons and have walked away unhappy. Super Spa Nails is truly a dream! Kim's by far the best at what she does.
If I could leave zero stars, I would as 1 star is too much. If your looking for a dirty, unkempt, unprofessional, and rude nail salon this is your place!! The momement my mother in law and I walked in and asked for service they indicated they would not help. For context, my mother is visiting from out of town and fell while here. Found this place on google as I’m from out of town. I asked about a couple of different styles of nails that I was interested in but ultimately settled on a basic fall dip color. My tech was fine with procedure but my nails are awful. I will be getting these removed immediately. They are crooked, different lengths and just an overall lack of attention to detail was given. Very disappointing for a 90.00 charge. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the product should be perfection.
