Found this place on google as I’m from out of town. I asked about a couple of different styles of nails that I was interested in but ultimately settled on a basic fall dip color. My tech was fine with procedure but my nails are awful. I will be getting these removed immediately. They are crooked, different lengths and just an overall lack of attention to detail was given. Very disappointing for a 90.00 charge. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the product should be perfection.
Dreadful pedi. He mashed on my cuticles, causing 2 toes to bleed. Sloppy application of polish. And when i asked him to please remove the polish on my skin he acted annoyed. Perhaps the other nail techs are good but based on the comments it seems this fellow is the exception. I will not be back.
I’ve been coming to this salon for many years now. Great environment, friendly staff all around, beautifully decorated giving it a great aesthetic. Lots of options for your preferred nail style and more. I go to Suzy, she’s very careful, cautious, precise and an overall friendly, kind and caring person. She never fails to make me smile when I go to her for my monthly nail appointment and if I want to add an extra service she’ll work with me on it. I went to get a full set and I had a concern about the TPO issue with Gel polish and the Owner has major issues and a bad Attitude. Most of her staff can't speak English well. The list of issues . 1. She was pushy regarding the gel polish stating on regular polish they wont do nail designs . 2. They lock you in with the amount of tip you can provide or you can chose not to give a tip option no custom option. 3.
