I go thru this car wash weekly and have been using these people and the other location on hwy 11 since 2008 w/no issues for all of our cars.
THE CAR WASH RIPPED THE BACK PANEL OF MY NEW MERCURY MOUNTAINEER COMPLETELY OFF AND CRUSHED IT...They refused to give me a managers phone number or indecent report...
