Rude customer service!! My favorite line he told my buddy was “What do you want from me man, it is the weekend before Christmas?” Well considering you had 3 staff and 2 other customers maybe a little less than an hour to get prices from a computer.

I just inquired about a retro game. I asked the associate if I could trade in my old copy from home for the said retro game. He said it was not an issue, told me how much store credit I would receive, and I was on my way. Returning 45 minutes later, I was told the game had just been sold. This was less than polite. While typically I would let this roll off my shoulders, this wasn't my first poor experience. :/.

I just went in there and spent over an hour trying to look at one game get somebody’s attention stand in line only for people to cut in line because apparently they knew the cashier or something I would not recommend them I’ve been there couple times and I’ve always been treated the same way as if my money and time does not matter to them if you can go to game stop or book broker instead of super mega replay do it
