I took a stack of games in to try and sell. The kid took them back to the table and immediately came back. He told me that once I got the cat piss smell off of them, he would look at them. When I told him there was no cat piss on them, he said "regardless if there is or not, once you get rid of the smell, we will look at them." So if you own cats, dont take anything to them to sell. They won't even think about it.

Sold a ps4 pro and accidentally left fallout 4 in it and called back to ask to get the game back and they claim it wasn’t in the ps4 like games just fall out. That’s just dirty and petty.
