This place is a joke! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!
Had to go here 4 times in one day. Their elite series 2 controller was 119.99. I got it and traded in my series S controller. I was refunded 115.55. Lost all money for my series s controller. Basically bought this new. Tried to contact higher ups instead of the young adults who are managers. No success. Stick to other stores is my suggestion.
Brought in Pokemon game to have battery swapped. Simple fix, no soldering iron at home. Somehow, manager damages my Emerald version board. No way to fix and hold save. Will not be returning. Don't touch things you can't fix. I'm out a $45 game I've had for 10+ years now.

Advised they would hold a product. Wife drive an hour to get there and they said sorry they sold it. Won’t be back.
Dont fall for their "buy 3 get 3 free" scam. What they do not have posted and do not tell anyone, box set of DVDs are not included. I picked a box set of 3 DVDs and 5 other dvds. Yes, I did get the buy 3 get 3 deal. But only after telling the cashier that it isn't right and lying to the customer to not let them know up front about box sets.
