The gentleman at the south Monroe location were extremely helpful and professional. I got an oil change, air filter replacement and coolant flush. They showed me why I needed certain services and the wait wasn’t long at all.
I was informed by one of their techs that my Wrangler took more oil and that I needed to pay more to cover for that… it indeed absolutely does not need more oil… I have never felt as stupid as I do after believing them. I knew better but the person who puts oil in automobiles everyday should know what they’re talking about. They also shouldn’t screw over a single mother because she’s female and shows up in a “nice” vehicle. Everything that glitters isn’t gold.
