I'm honestly surprised SuperDry has such good ratings given my experience with them. It feels to me that their business model is running insurance scams and telling homeowners "we're on your side, we're doing so much for you" when they are really trying to get as much money as they can for as little work as possible. THE BEST, BY FAR. We had a sudden unexpected flood and called Superdry. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER, three guys came with water vacuums, dried the water, left air dryers overnight, called another consultant who fixed the problem that caused the flood, and another restoration consultant who cleaned and repaired minor damage to perfect condition. Rarely do you find a contractor that is completely professional, timely, pleasant to deal with. The two crews that came out; Yvan, Mike, and Geo where incredible. They were fast, efficient, and knew exactly what to do. From management, Art and Mike, to their office staff it was a real pleasure to deal with during a difficult flood in our house.
