They refused to get my husband in for an emergency even though I called first thing in the morning. The receptionist diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me he had to see a specialist. They overcharged me a lot and when I realized it and complained they grudgingly refunded only part of what they owed me and told me they would check on the rest. I have had 2 fillings go bad less than one year after they were placed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband heard the dentist tell the receptionist not to ... read more

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in! Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

The dentists and staff were perfectly professional. Very well taken care of in that regard. However, the billing staff was completely unprofessional. They invoiced me for a procedure that was not done. They then had me pay for services and said they would need to get back to me on an invoice. The receptionist stated that this was due to my insurance. I spoke to my insurance and they said this was not the case. The office then took several days to get an updated invoice to me. Not really Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did you feel safe in this provider's care? No, I was scared

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
