I took my 4 years old computer for repair. I repit 3 times that first he has to call me and tell me how much will cost to fix it, so I can decide if is worth it to pay it or not...well he didn't.. He called to say computer is fix , he charged $220 !!!!!!! This man is a dishonest person, I feel betrayed and really upset that I have to pay this amount for an old laptop and this man,the owner, is a dishonest person. Do not take your computer there. He rip me off and he will do it to you.
Hard to figure out why these guys get low ratings on Yelp.com. In talking to friends, Super Computer was recommended to me to fix a problem waking up my laptop (just a little bit of panic attack in that I had time-sensitive agreements I needed access to), took it in and Chris immediately went in, found it had a corrupt sleep file, got it up and running, handed it back and said no charge. This is without a doubt nothing even close to second place the worst business I have ever dealt with. I got two computers from them, and neither one worked. I called up my credit card company and reversed the charge. I do confess that I forgot to return the computer before the charge hit the store's account and as son as it did I returned the computer immediately. The owner of the store is friends with the a COP. EXCELLENT SERVICE! – The owner of this store, Chris Lloyd, and his expert staff, Sean, know what they're doing. They give you fast, excellent service and will always take the time to answer your questions and steer you in the right direction. Super Computer's prices for repair are extremely reasonable compared to other businesses. Chris is truly a local businessman who is honest and forthright.
